Aquaroche ceramic rocks and sculptured decorations are hand made in France from special clays. The inner structure of the fired material allows a huge biological filter area to develop and gives a 'Live Rock' function or (LV).
Aquaroche rocks suitable for Freshwater and Marine aquariums and various combinations offer great flexibility in building a fantastic and natural looking decor in the aquarium.
Aquaroche rocks are available as Ceramic rocks, Eco Reef Plates, Reef Scene Columns, and many other sculptured variants. The sculptured types offer areas for easy placement of hard and soft corals and also offer excellent water flow throughout the structures.
When used in Reef aquariums, the special porous construction of Aquaroche rocks offers a superior biological surface than natural live rock and can reduce your live rock content to around 30% which helps the natural environment since less rock is harvested. Please visit the Aquaroche website for detailed information.
